Firefox 3.0.8 Security update

image There’s a security update for Firefox. I’ve just applied the update, I hope you have too. Sadly not all of my add-ons are claiming compatibility, I shall have to wait before being able to download Flash videos again.

Hopefully, your About window will look like this.

Firefox now seems to have a problem of only saving bookmarks around half the time. I don't get it.

I am using Firefox for quite a long time and i didn't find any problems to use it. Yeah once i had i problem like when i type a website name and them press enter. Nothings happened and then when i disabled the firewall then it started working. I still don't know the reason. Apart from this Firefox is just Awesome.

I see no difference since I last installed the last couple of updates.

I wouldn't have traded FireFox for any other browser - that is until Version 3 came out! Now my browser keeps crashing. It can happen several times in a session, which really annoys me! GRRRRR! The report goes through but I never get any reply.
When IE8 came out I installed it & set it as my default browser for a couple of weeks. When the next FireFox upgrade came out I installed it & changed back to FF for my default browser. But I'm still plagued by the crashes! :( Even the latest upgrade has made no difference.

This is so true, all my add-ons are having issues with the new version. I had to revert to the old one.

For long time I'm using Firefox and I do not find any problem to use it. I think a great program with many tools. My name is Ilia and invite you to Cusco is a fabulous city.

I find that one usually has to wait a bit before the add-ons catch up to the new release. This I find as .... well worth the wait when the only alternative (I know about) is Windows IE. Firefox has saved me soooo many headaches that I have actually lost count over the years. Thank you Firefox - Lori
