Vista Service Pack 2 hits RC2 milestone
The Windows Vista blog has announced that Vista SP2 has reached Release Candidate status. This is the last stage before final release and means it is available to people with Technet and MSDN accounts. Hopefully we’ll get our hands on it soon and will take a look.
A full list of what Service Pack 2 will include can be found here. In addition to all of the updates released since SP1, it will install Windows Search 4 and an improved Windows Media Center.

I can't wait to check them out.

Microsoft is horrible! There I said it.. I will never go back to it, it's a virus prone hog. Linux is the only platform I'll ever use.
If I had to use windows, it would be "XP" the only stable field tested microsoft version they have..

MBM, you are obviously redneck idiot. XP had its initial issues as well. I think the people having issues with Vista are just ignorant people or old hardware. I will say Windows 7 is really nice though. Linux sucks and so does MAC.
